• Response time: typically within 24 Hours (Monday-Friday. Response times may vary on Saturdays and Sunday's).
Orders & Lead Times
• Most items can be dispatched immediately. If this is not the case for a particular product, the wait time will be listed on the product page for that item.
• If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may ship together unless agreed otherwise.
• Custom builds: once we agree the specification, I’ll confirm an estimated lead time based on workload and parts availability.
Shipping
• UK shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
• International shipping is available to most destinations, and are shown at checkout . If your country isn’t listed, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.
• All orders are sent with a tracked service - carriers may vary depending on location.
Returns & Refunds
• Core models (off-the-shelf): Returns can be requested within [14] days of delivery, provided items are unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition/packaging.
• Custom builds: Custom pickups are made to order and due to their personalised nature, are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Faults / Issues
If something arrives damaged or there’s a problem after installation, contact me at hello@toneaddictpickups.co.uk with details (and photos if relevant). I’ll help to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Privacy
• I only use customer information to process orders, provide support, and communicate about your purchase or custom build.
• I do not sell your personal data.
• Payment details are handled securely by Wix and payment providers (I do not store your full card details).

Safety / Product Use
• Pickups and electronics should be installed carefully. If you’re unsure, use a qualified technician.
• Tone Addict is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification.
